The ranking is based on my personal experience, early season matches, player dotabuffs, and the general sense I get from how people are talking. In addition to raw mid-laning skill, it takes into account my judgment of how good players are at winning dota in an rd2l environment.
I had to guess for some players I don’t know. Don’t take it too seriously.
